Job Description As a Senior Data Analyst at a Health tech company based in Mumbai, your role will involve leading the collection, cleaning, validation, and organization of large and complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and reliability. You will be responsible for performing advanced data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions. Additionally, you will design, develop, and maintain dynamic dashboards, automated reports, and KPI tracking systems for senior management and stakeholders. Your role will also include identifying trends, patterns, and performance gaps through in-depth analysis and providing strategic recommendations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into data-driven solutions will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will develop and optimize automated reporting systems, macros, and data models to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Regular data audits and the implementation of best practices to maintain data governance, integrity, and consistency will also be part of your duties.
