The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq! You will be in charge of managing quality of inbound/outbound products in the warehouse as per the quality standards set by the company.QualificationsMUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BUTCHERYAt least 3 years QC experience in DC / warehouse / FMCG retail business / Cross dock / food operationStrong knowledge of cold chain and inbound inspectionHACCP / ISO Food Safety certification preferredDetail-oriented, proactive, and quality-drivenStrong coordination with operations and suppliersDecision-making in fast-paced DC environmentProficiency in MS ExcelProficiency in English LanguageKey ResponsibilitiesPerform inbound QC checks (temperature, shelf life, labeling, product condition).Enforce FIFO/FEFO and proper product segregation.Monitor warehouse hygiene, storage conditions, and cold chain compliance.Lead product rejection and supplier non-conformance reporting.Track supplier performance/evaluation and follow up on CAP.Conduct outbound quality checks before dispatch to stores.Ensure compliance with UAE food safety regulations and approved SOPs & procedures.Report & elevate KPIs (rejections, wastage, deviations) to management in a timely manner.Job DetailsRole Level: AssociateWork Type: Full‑TimeCountry: United Arab EmiratesCity: DubaiCompany Website: http://www.talabat.comJob Function: General ManagementIndustry: IT Services, IT Consulting and Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
