As the most Senior Content Designer in the team you will be at the forefront of delivering topnotch product and lifecycle communication experiences for our customers.Sounds like your cup of tea Then an exciting job and an international workplace are waiting for you in the heart of UAE!What’s On Your PlateWere looking for a Senior Content Designer to work in the Brand & Product Design Chapter along with Visual/Product Designers Researchers and Product Managers to audit plan create and continually improve the customer experience for the talabat app.What a typical day looks like:Working closely with your Tribe/Domain/Squad counterparts Content Designers and other team members to create and maintain content that meets user needs.Producing relevant UX copy based on insights and outputs of user testing and in alignment with talabats product voice and tone guidelines.Monitoring performance and identifying ways to improve content.Write clear concise content for the talabat app and occasionally emails and push notificationsAble to write with empathy and adjust for the context using our Voice Principles and Tone FrameworkEnsure consistency and cohesiveness across various touchpoints on the app.Develop content frameworks product narratives and other deliverables that explain your recommendations and help people understand the practice of Content DesignApproach all of your work with a localisation mindsetShare your work with the team and provide feedback on their workManage your own time priorities and projects to reliably deliver with qualityQualifications :What Did We OrderPreferred candidates will be:Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience writing product copy preferably for a consumer tech productExceptional priority management and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and context switch dailyAble to demonstrate excellent writing skills (e.g. a portfolio or website)Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and ResearchersFlexible and able to work in an agile environmentExceptional communication and presentation skillsyou can effectively communicate and passionately defend decisions to stakeholdersEmpathy for the customer which shows up in your daytoday workSolid understanding of user experience design principlesComfortable working in an engineering environment and technical product area with proven ability to collaborate successfully with crossfunctional partners.Not absolutely necessary but nice to haveExperience using Figma (yes we have edit access)Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
