IT is the UK based business with global headquarters in Dubai, UAE and Regional headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.About RoleSenior Consultant – Infrastructure & Service DeliveryType: Time & MaterialReports To: Digital –Infrastructure & Service Delivery DirectorPurpose: Lead EWECs end-to-end discovery and assessment of IT infrastructure and service delivery capabilities, and develop the IT Managed Services RFP, including scope, service model, SLAs, evaluation criteria, and vendor shortlisting.Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Assessment – IT Infrastructure & OperationsLead the assessment of IT infrastructure, operations, and service delivery across all EWEClocations.Analyse cloud, data centre, compute, storage, network, applications hosting, monitoring tools, and End Users Compute environments.Review service management framework, including SLAs, service catalogue, governance, ITSM processes, and service desk operations.Identify opportunities for consolidation, automation, optimization, and service modernization.Evaluate IT resource capacity, organizational structure, and sourcing model (FTE/FTC).Managed Services RFP DevelopmentLead development of IT Managed Services RFP, defining scope, service model, deliverables, SLAs, KPIs, governance, performance mechanisms, and contractual conditions including exit strategy.Define service transition, knowledge transfer, governance model, operational reporting, and continuous improvement requirements.Develop evaluation criteria, scoring methodology, and vendor qualification requirements.Work with procurement to align all bidding and contractual requirements.Stakeholder Engagement & AdvisoryFacilitate discovery workshops with Infrastructure, Service Delivery, and Enterprise Architecture teams, and other teams as deemed necessary.Present assessment findings, target operating model proposals, and outsourcing recommendations.Provide expert guidance on operating model transformation, sourcing strategies, and operational risk mitigation.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's or master's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.12–18 years of experience in IT infrastructure, service delivery, managed services, or technology consulting.Strong experience designing, transitioning, or evaluating IT Managed Services models.Proven experience in cloud, network, data centre, IT operations, ITSM (ITIL), and architecture.Certifications preferred: ITIL Expert, Cloud certifications (Azure), PMP / PRINCE2.Other Details:Experience: 12 years+Education: IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Location: Abu DhabiTimings: 9am - 5pm (onsite)Salary: Market CompetitiveEmployment Nature: 9 months Contract based.About HR WaysHR Ways is an Award winning Technical Recruitment Firm helping software houses and IT Product companies internationally and locally to find IT Talent.
