You should be able to identify opportunities, manage relationships, and drive performance in line with organizational goals. As a Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in managing a part of the commercial team, ensuring smooth operations, and aligning with the company’s vision for market expansion and revenue growth.Day-to-Day responsibilitiesSupporting the Head of Commercial Business Development in shaping and executing the company’s growth strategyIdentifying, evaluating, and prioritizing new business opportunities to maximize revenue and market shareAssisting in developing partnership models, and expansion plans for new initiativesCultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.Assisting in negotiating and closing high-value deals, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectivesMonitoring team performance through KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement actionable solutionsPreparing detailed reports on pipeline activity, market trends, and business development performance for Head of CommercialEvaluating the effectiveness of business strategies and adjust plans based on data-driven insightsCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business initiativesDriving yearly top-line and revenue growthMaintaining a healthy P&L, ensuring business targets are met without compromising profitabilityBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 1 year in a leadership roleProven track record of supporting revenue growth and and delivering strategic initiativesStrong knowledge of business development strategies, market analysis, and client relationship managementFinancial acumen to evaluate business opportunities and forecast revenue#J-18808-Ljbffr
