Sr Business Solutions Analyst - Data Product Owner

Job Description As a Data Analytics Specialist at our esteemed company, you will be responsible for developing complex value-based analytics solutions for quality, business process functionality, and other strategic/data/analytic initiatives. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and establish analytics requirements, creating detailed documentation and business plans, and serving as a liaison between IT and Product Management for data solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to identify key challenges and work on resolutions to improve organizational performance. - Develop and implement complex enterprise-wide data integration strategies utilizing various data-marts and data warehouse applications to enhance reporting. - Continuously improve data platforms, dashboards, and reports to meet emerging business demands and guidelines. - Manage data from multiple sources, troubleshoot data issues, and proactively ensure data quality. - Consult on User Acceptance Testing (UAT), technical specifications, strategic planning, contract design, technical support, testing updates, and trainings. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Data Warehousing, Data Architecture & Design, Auto & Home Insurance. - Strong skills in SQL, Snowflake, Informatica, and Power BI.
