In this high-potential role, you’ll be responsible for identifying key accounts, developing relationships with senior decision-makers, and shaping our opportunity pipeline in alignment with Vision 2030 priorities. You’ll collaborate closely with the Managing Partner – GCC and Head of EMEA Business Development, engaging with national champions and enterprise leaders, and helping position Mach49 as the go-to partner for innovation and venture building in the Kingdom. This is a fast-track role: as you demonstrate results, you’ll grow into a regional leadership position. Reporting to the Managing Partner – GCC, you will play a key role in defining how Mach49 shows up across Saudi Arabia’s innovation ecosystem.Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential leads, with a focus on large Saudi enterprises and government-linked entitiesInitiate early-stage conversations with client stakeholders and cultivate trusted executive relationshipsSupport creation of customized materials including briefs, proposals, and pitch decksRepresent Mach49 at salons, roundtables, and key ecosystem gatheringsMaintain CRM records (HubSpot) and coordinate pipeline updates for reporting and pursuit trackingExperience5+ years in business development, partnerships, or consulting; experience in innovation, venture building, or corporate strategy a strong plusIn-depth understanding of Saudi public and private sector dynamics, and strong familiarity with Vision 2030 objectivesFluent in Arabic and English; confident engaging senior executivesSelf-starter with strategic thinking and strong interpersonal skills, comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, or a related fieldStrong professional networks across sectors are valuable; existing relationships or connections with government entities are a particular plusCandidate must be a Saudi NationalBenefitsCompetitive salary, depending on experience and interview outcomesComprehensive private health insurance for you and your family25 days of annual leaveHybrid work modelRemote work setup provided (Mach49 will supply equipment and cover monthly internet reimbursement)Travel expenses fully covered for any business-related travelAnnual performance-based bonus (based on business outcomes)You will be joining a global team of experts shaping the future of innovation for leading corporations worldwideLong-term career growth opportunities within a global innovation ecosystemMach49 is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.We require background and reference checks.Authorization to work remotely from within the KSA required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
