Key Responsibilities: - Data Architecture: - Develop and maintain scalable data models. - Design and implement logical and physical data models. - Translate business analysis and reporting requirements into high-quality BI designs and dashboards. - BI Solution Development: - Optimize BI solutions using tools like SQL Server and Power BI Desktop. - Create and enhance data pipelines for efficient data processing. - Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the BI ecosystem. - Leadership and Collaboration: - Provide analytical and technical leadership for BI and reporting. - Mentor junior BI team members. - Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate BI solutions. - Best Practices and Standards: - Develop and enforce BI best practices and standards. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. - Participate in delivering value-driven solutions aligned with global initiatives. Qualifications: Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (masters preferred) or equivalent experience. - 7+ years of experience using Qlik, PowerBI, or equivalent technologies. - Analytical mindset and logical thinking. - Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing concepts. - Proficient in SQL, R, and/or Python with expertise in machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, and data visualization. - Advanced SQL knowledge. - Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, D3.js is a plus.
