Job Description

Job Description As a Senior Analyst at Cencora, you will play a crucial role in supporting the People Analytics and Insights team. Your responsibilities will include: - Analyzing HR and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities. - Developing scorecards, dashboards, and reports for workforce metrics. - Preparing datasets for forecasting headcount, hiring, turnover, and payroll. - Supporting the development and maintenance of workforce planning templates. - Conducting data quality checks, reconciliations, and issue documentation. - Collecting and synthesizing large data sets for quantitative and qualitative analysis. - Preparing data for forecasting models related to headcount, turnover, hiring, and payroll expense. - Producing recurring and ad hoc analytics deliverables for HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders. - Providing guidance to HR partners on dashboard usage and data interpretation. - Communicating data to key stakeholders to support informed business decisions. - Identifying opportunities to automate/streamline reports and troubleshoot reporting and data issues. - Monitoring workforce data quality across systems and supporting discrepancy resolution. Qualifications Required: - Advanced Degree in Statistics, I/O psychology or other quantitative social science field with 1+ years of experience in people analytics or similar role, or 4+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in related fields. - Proficiency with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, R, Python, SPSS, STATA, Minitab or Power BI. - Strong quantitative skills and a passion for problem-solving using data. - Ability to define problems, manage projects, and deliver clear insights to diverse audiences. - Demonstrated collaboration, influencing, and project management skills. - Experience with creating intuitive data visualizations and presentations. - Attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional quality in reports and data analysis. - Working knowledge of HCM platforms like Workday, ADP, and Degreed. Additionally, you should possess: - Ability to interpret workforce data accurately. - Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation. - Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. - Capability to translate data insights for non-technical audiences. - Strong organizational, leadership, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio. Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Preferred Certifications: - Power BI Data Analyst Associate Certification - Tableau Certification Work Experience: - 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare data analytics or business intelligence.
