Job Description
Job Description As a Senior Analyst - Network Data Infrastructure at Lennox, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing enterprise network systems. Your deep expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust data networks using Cisco and Aruba technologies will be instrumental in ensuring seamless performance, strong security, and vulnerability management across the infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and maintain LAN, WAN, SD-WAN & Wireless networks utilizing Cisco and Aruba technologies.
- Configure and support dynamic routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.
- Administer and optimize Aruba wireless networks to ensure seamless connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve wireless performance issues efficiently.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex network incidents within SLAs.
- Act as the primary escalation point for network issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor and manage network vulnerabilities according to industry standards and apply patches and updates to secure the infrastructure.
- Analyze network performance, implement efficiency improvements, and ensure compliance with QoS standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations and incident resolutions, providing regular reports on network performance, vulnerabilities, and incident trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (relevant certifications may substitute).
- Expertise in Cisco switches, routers, wireless, and SD-WAN.
- Proficiency in dynamic routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP.
- Strong knowledge of Aruba wireless solutions and experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Rapid 7, Nessus, Qualys).
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Fluke, and network automation.
- Deep understanding of network and security best practices, proactive approach to issue resolution, and vulnerability management.
- Ability to lead during major incidents, commitment to continuous learning, and technology adoption.
Certifications Preferred:
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
- Aruba Certified Mobility Associate (ACMA).
- Aruba Certified SD-WAN Deployment Professional (ACSDP).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
