Sr Analyst, AR & Credit

Your responsibilitiesPerform cash collection activities to ensure timely receipt of customer payments for the Middle East region and any other additional countryEnsure the smooth invoicing process to 3rd party customers according to Zatca requirementsPerform the AR month-end close process in a timely manner for several databases and countriesMaintain a clean debtor’s ledger and reconcile customer payments to invoicesReconcile and calculate agents sales commission for any given periodPrepare reports for management on AR metrics for the regionProcess and book manual adjustments and credit memosReview orders for release and enforce ship-hold of supply of goods to customers when necessarySupport finance team in Switzerland as well as local managementDevelop professional relationships with customers and Masimo Sales team to ensure a mutual understanding of managing collection risks for the companyReview and prepare documents to ensure a timely issuance and collection of Letters of CreditWork with Customer Service department on customer/order inquiriesEnsure compliance with Masimo credit policy.Work on ad hoc AR reports and projects as and when they arise.Experience and Skill RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant credit/collections experienceExcellent command of English is mandatoryStrong Interpersonal and communication skills are requiredAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamExperience in documentary credit is preferredEducationBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
