Sr. Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accounts Manager to join our team and oversee account management for our real estate development projects. This role is critical in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting strategic financial decisions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience in account management within the real estate industry and a proven track record of managing accounts for large development projects.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage financial operations for real estate projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingEnsure accuracy in general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and monthly/annual closingsPrepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports for senior management and stakeholdersHandle accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely payments and accurate invoicingMonitor project budgets to ensure cost control and support in the development of financial strategiesCoordinate with internal teams to provide insights on project profitability, financial performance, and risk managementManage financial audits by preparing necessary documents and liaising with external auditorsEnsure compliance with UAE financial regulations and accounting standardsRequirementsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferredMinimum 4 years of experience in account management, specifically within the real estate development sectorStrong understanding of UAE accounting regulations and real estate industry financial practicesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to handle complex financial dataStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departmentsPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with project accounting for large-scale real estate developmentsExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
