At Rimini Street, we sell service solutions that increase our clients return on investment in world class technologies such as VMWare, Oracle and SAP and leading the way in the adoption of Agentic AI ERP. This remote Dubai–based role reports to the VP, Sales – EMEA.The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, a proven track record of sales excellence across the region and the ability to meet/exceed quotas. Experience selling in UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia is a necessity. The candidate must be hungry and have a passion for winning. We need someone that can be very hands‑on, does whatever it takes to build revenue, and be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long‑term sales plans and execute on them with our prospects and existing customers. The candidate must be able to build pipeline to capture new logos, cross sell to existing customers and expand our business with our solution portfolio.The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ enterprise selling experience, selling new and innovative enterprise services and solutions into the regions. Experience of selling into an existing network of C‑level contacts would be desirable.Create awareness and demand for Rimini Street products and services by developing your territory with the support of field marketing and your own planned outreachIdentify and qualify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead follow‑up, networking, and working with lead generation team. Developing your own sales qualified leads is a strong requirement.Establish a dialogue with prospects and understand their unique goals, problems, and needsProvide and guide prospects’ strategic vision to drive them toward the Rimini Street solutions portfolio.Use company provided assets to create or customize compelling sales presentation messages, positioning statements, and other sales collateral for specific sales opportunitiesOrchestrate and drive the Rimini Street sales process by working collaboratively with functional peers (Sales Engineers, Delivery, Operations, Legal, Marketing, Finance) to successfully win an opportunityImplement and utilize current Social and Digital selling strategies to maximize opportunities via Social Networking platformsBe an expert in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools to develop your own unique outreach in your territoryUpdate and track all activities in our Salesforce CRM toolLeverage SFDC, Clari or similar sales efficiency tools to help manage your opportunitiesAccurately forecast and meet quarterly and annual sales commitmentsBe a continuous learner that embraces enablement and staying up to date on the latest technology, products, offerings, and selling tools/skillsExperienceDepth of overall sales experienceCommand knowledge of business practices across the Middle East regionRecord of sustained and significant quota over‑achievementExperience of working with and through the partner ecosystemAble to travel across the region with relevant visa’s.SkillsMandatory Arabic fluencyStrong territory and account planning skills including ability and passion for prospectingHighly developed selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with C‑level executives, procurement, legal, and line of business representativesAbility to engage prospects with a consultative sales approachHave strong writing and presentation skillsProven analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesProven experience with Social and Digital selling techniquesDeep knowledge of key prospecting and selling toolsAble to work under stress and handle multiple critical prioritiesVery strong work ethic with “can do, roll up sleeves to figure it out” attitudeAbility to leverage supporting team of Sales Engine
