SQL / Python Analytics Manager

Job Description As an ideal candidate for this role, you should have experience in data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques. You should possess a solid understanding of machine learning and operations research. Additionally, proficiency in R, SQL, and Python is required, along with familiarity with Java, VBScript, and object-oriented programming. Expert skills in Excel and PowerPoint are a must. You should also have experience using business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau, as well as data frameworks like SAS, Data Lake, and Hadoop. An analytical mind and business acumen are essential, with knowledge or experience in general insurance, particularly Fire Commercial Lines of Business and health products being advantageous. Furthermore, your expertise should include a strong knowledge of insurance operations and procedures across various departments including Financial, Underwriting, Claims, Statistical, Information Technology, Legal, and Sales. Your ability to establish and cultivate effective relationships both within and outside the organization will be crucial for success in this role.
