To learn more and see what we’ve been up to, follow Elevate on X, LinkedIn, and Instagram.Role overviewThe role requires a Community Manager, with a strong background in sport engagement to deliver a national program embedding American Football within the UAE.The successful applicant will be responsible for crafting the national program and overseeing the delivery of flag football coaching sessions, delivered on behalf of a leading NFL team and their partners and suppliers.The Community Manager will also be responsible for identifying and planning new opportunities to integrate with wider education networks and local community organisations.Role & responsibilitiesIdentify new Community Supporter organisations with supporting rationaleManage relationships and engagement with Community Supporter groupsCreate and oversee the flag football plan for the region, including school and after-school opportunitiesManage relationships and communications with school stakeholdersManage relationships and communications with wider education stakeholdersIdentify new schools/education providers to extend the NFL team’s programmeManage relationships and communications with other schools/education providersBuild connections and manage logistics with national level education groupsCreate and manage budgets for flag football activity, incl school packs requirementsManage distribution of school equipment packsDevelop and manage a coaching accreditation scheme, in combination with NFL team membersManage relationships with NFL team’s stakeholders, specific to community development initiativesOther ad hoc tasks as requested by line managementSkills & ExperienceProven experience delivering sport programmes to youth groupsComfortable managing budgetsExperience in events logisticsDegree educated in sport, education or other relevant subjectExperience organising sporting eventsRefined stakeholder management skillsExperience in business development (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
