Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our clients team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks well-regarded for its patient-centered approach and advanced rehabilitation services. The Speech Therapist will assess diagnose and treat patients with speech language voice and swallowing disorders. Experience working with pediatric patients is highly preferred. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assess patients with communication and swallowing difficulties using standardized tools and clinical evaluations.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech language and swallowing challenges.Provide therapy for a wide range of conditions including developmental delays neurological disorders hearing impairments and post-stroke rehabilitation.Collaborate with physicians psychologists occupational therapists and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.Educate patients families and caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based exercises to support progress.Monitor and document patient progress adjusting treatment plans as needed.Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital and regulatory requirements.Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech-language pathology and therapy techniques.RequirementsTo be considered you need to meet the following requirements: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Speech and Language Therapy/Pathology or related field.Valid UAE healthcare professional license or eligibility to obtain oneMinimum of 3 years clinical experience in speech therapy including pediatric exposure preferred.Strong knowledge of speech language communication and swallowing disorders.Proficiency in using therapeutic tools devices and assessment software.Excellent communication interpersonal and counseling skills.Ability to provide compassionate culturally sensitive care to patients and familiesCandidates outside the UAE are encourage to apply!To view other vacancies we have please check our website () and follow us on our social media accounts - LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter / Instagram Disclaimer: Black Pearl will never ask for money or any form to charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
