The Speech Therapist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech and communication disorders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients improve their communication skills and enhance their quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' speech and language abilities.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Provide direct therapy services to individuals, focusing on speech articulation, language fluency, and communication skills.Monitor and document clients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to support clients' overall treatment goals.Educate clients and their families about speech disorders and therapeutic techniques.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.Qualifications:Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.Valid licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.Experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders is preferred.Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Commitment to professional development and continuing education in the field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
