OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Specification Specialist to support our sales design and technical teams in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring company products are specified in architectural and interior design projects by working closely with consultants architects interior designers and developers while ensuring compliance with UAE standards and project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare review and manage technical specifications for architectural and interior projects focusing on Acoustic productsWork with architects consultants and interior designers to ensure products are specified in tender and construction documentsRequirementsProvide technical support and product knowledge to internal sales and external stakeholdersReview project drawings BOQs and tender documents to identify specification opportunitiesEnsure compliance with UAE standards authority requirements and international codes (ASTM BS EN etc.)Coordinate with sales project and procurement teams to ensure accurate product representationConduct product presentations CPDs and technical workshops for consultants and design firmsTrack specified projects and maintain an updated specification pipelineSupport value engineering and alternative product proposals when requiredQualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Architecture Interior Design Engineering or related field*36 years of experience* in specification technical sales or architectural support (UAE experience preferred)Strong understanding of construction materials finishes and building systemsExperience working with consultants developers and contractors in DubaiFamiliarity with Dubai Municipality Civil Defence and other authority requirementsAbility to read and interpret architectural and technical drawingsSkills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong technical writing and documentation abilitiesProficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD/Revit knowledge is an advantageStrong coordination and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance incentivesOpportunity to work with leading consultants and developers in DubaiCareer growth within a reputable organizationProfessional and collaborative work environmentPreferred RequirementsExperience in architectural products finishes or building materialsKnowledge of sustainable materials and green building standards (LEED Estidama)UAE driving licenseRequired SkillsRequired Skills:OverviewOur client is seeking a Specifications specialist to drive revenue growth across a full interior fitout acoustic product portfolio within commercial and hospitality environments.
