In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our workplace environments meet high standards of design, functionality, and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Your expertise in interior design, coupled with a strong understanding of compliance requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead design compliance and enhancement projects across all officesAlign existing offices with approved space plans and workplace standardsParticipate in delivery of al active officesEnforce standardized workplace design across all new developmentsInconsistent design across a rapidly expanding portfoliosRework and cost escalation on new officesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus2-4 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on workplace designExperience in corporate workplace design and fit-out projectsStrong understanding of space standards and compliance#J-18808-Ljbffr
