The role also requires ensuring seamless integration with internal and external systems and providing technical expertise in strategic planning, corporate performance, and service management domains.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>System Maintenance&Enhancement<ul><li>Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize the strategy management system to ensure high availability, performance, and security.</li><li>Implement system updates, patches, and configuration changes as required.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.</li></ul></li><li>Strategic Change Implementation<ul><li>Implement all required changes related to strategy, organizational structure, and performance frameworks within the system.</li><li>Update and configure modules covering:<ul><li>Strategic planning</li><li>KPI management</li><li>Dashboards</li><li>Project management</li><li>Service management</li><li>Initiative management</li><li>Excellence frameworks</li><li>Reporting</li></ul></li><li>Ensure the system supports newly defined strategic objectives, KPIs, and initiatives.</li></ul></li><li>System Advancement&Customization<ul><li>Propose and implement system enhancements to improve overall capabilities.</li><li>Design and maintain:<ul><li>Custom dashboards for executive and departmental reporting</li><li>Automated workflows for project requests and approvals</li><li>Business case approval workflows</li><li>Initiative prioritization workflows</li></ul></li><li>Support integration with internal enterprise systems and external platforms.</li><li>Ensure alignment with government excellence frameworks and standards.</li></ul></li><li>Stakeholder Engagement&Training<ul><li>Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders to drive ongoing system improvements.</li><li>Provide user guidance and technical support to maximize system adoption and effectiveness.</li><li>Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and training where required.</li></ul></li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
