Job Description Job Description JD React Lead Experience Engineering Digital Emerging Tech Location India Global Delivery Center Regional Hub Function Development Services Experience Engineering Mobile Applications Digital Emerging Technology Industry MultiNational FMCG Cloud Strategy HyperscalerFirst GCPAzureAWS Role Purpose As a React Lead you will be the technical authority for frontend engineering within the Experience Engineering and Digital Emerging Tech portfolios You will lead the architectural design and delivery of highperformance ExperienceFirst web applications that serve as the primary digital touchpoints for a global FMCG leader Working in a hyperscalerheavy environment you will ensure that our Reactbased interfaces are scalable accessible and seamlessly integrated with cloudnative backends to deliver worldclass consumer and employee experiences Key Responsibilities Frontend Architecture Define and maintain the overarching React architecture ensuring modularity reusability Atomic Design and scalability across multiple digital products Technical Leadership Lead a squad of frontend developers providing technical direction conducting rigorous code reviews and establishing Gold Standard coding practices Experience Engineering Partner with UXUI designers to translate complex design systems into highfidelity responsive and accessible WCAG compliant React components Performance Engineering Own frontend performance metrics Core Web Vitals implementing advanced optimization techniques like codesplitting lazy loading and efficient state management Hyperscaler Integration Architect how React applications consume services from hyperscalers eg GCP Cloud Run Azure App Services managing complex data fetching caching React QuerySWR and realtime updates WebSockets Emerging Tech UI Lead the development of frontend interfaces for Digital Emerging Tech pilots including GenAIpowered chat interfaces interactive data visualizations and ARenabled web modules State Management Logic Design robust state management strategies using Redux Toolkit Zustand or React Context ensuring predictable data flow across largescale applications Testing CICD Drive a TestFirst culture by implementing unit integration and E2E testing frameworks Jest React Testing Library CypressPlaywright integrated into automated pipelines Mentorship Act as a mentor to junior and senior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and staying ahead of the React ecosystem eg Server Components Nextjs App Router Primary Skills MustHave Core Framework Expertlevel proficiency in Reactjs and its ecosystem Language Mastery of TypeScript and modern JavaScript ES6 State Management Deep experience with Redux Toolkit Zustand or MobX Styling UI Proficiency in Tailwind CSS CSSinJS Styled ComponentsEmotion and buildingmaintaining Design Systems Data Orchestration Strong experience with TanStack Query React Query or SWR for serverstate management Build Tools Experience with Vite Webpack and monorepo tools NxTurbo Secondary Skills GoodtoHave Nextjs Experience with Nextjs for SSRSSG requirements within an enterprise context MobileFirst Knowledge of Progressive Web Apps PWA and React Native for crossplatform insights Cloud Awareness Basic understanding of GCPAzure deployment services and CDN configurations GenAI UI Experience building interfaces that interact with LLM streaming APIs FMCG Domain Understanding of digital consumer journeys retail execution or eCommerce flows
