Specialist, SAP PP&QM

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist in SAP PP&QM to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our production planning and quality management processes are effectively integrated and optimized within our SAP systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP modules related to production planning (PP) and quality management (QM), and will be responsible for aligning these processes with our overall business strategy. The Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support the implementation of best practices across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and optimize existing SAP PP&QM processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP modules.Lead the implementation of new SAP functionalities and enhancements to meet evolving business requirements.Provide training and support to end-users on SAP PP&QM functionalities and best practices.Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimize downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for SAP processes, including user manuals and training materials.Conduct regular audits of SAP data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.Participate in cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.Act as a liaison between IT and business units to facilitate effective communication and project execution.Stay updated on industry trends and SAP advancements to continually enhance our operational capabilities.Preferred CandidateProven experience in SAP PP&QM modules within a manufacturing environment.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related fieldSAP PP & QM certification preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across diverse teams.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.Proficiency in project management methodologies and toolsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality management systems.Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement.Relevant SAP certification is a plus.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.SkillsSAP PP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) module, including configuration, integration, and optimization of production processes.SAP QM Knowledge: Proficient in SAP Quality Management (QM) module, focusing on quality control processes and compliance with industry standards.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
