The ideal candidate will bring extensive clinical experience, cultural sensitivity, and a patient-centered approach to psychiatric care.ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat a wide range of psychiatric disorders in adult and adolescent patientsConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychologists, social workers and primary care physiciansProvide crisis intervention and support for acute psychiatric casesMaintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulationsParticipate in hospital-wide mental health awareness initiatives and CME programsQualifications & RequirementsMedical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) Specialist Psychiatry qualification (MD, Board Certification, etc.)Valid UAE license or eligibility for HAAD/DHA/MOH licensingMinimum 8 years of clinical experience in psychiatryFluency in Arabic and English preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: AED per monthAdditional Benefits: Housing allowance, annual air ticket, health insurance, CME support and end-of-service benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
