Key Responsibilities:HR Operations:Manage the endtoend employee lifecycle including onboarding offboarding and internal transfers.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.Process payroll changes benefits administration and compliance documentation.Employee Engagement & Experience:Support the design and of initiatives that enhance employee engagement wellbeing and satisfaction.Coordinate employee surveys analyze results and recommend actionable insights.Plan and execute events celebrations and recognition programs to foster a positive workplace culture.Talent Development:Assist with performance management processes ensuring alignment with company goals.Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.Partner with managers to provide guidance on career development and succession planning.HR Metrics & Reporting:Generate regular and ad hoc HR reports to track key metrics such as turnover headcount and engagement.Use datadriven insights to recommend process improvements and inform decisionmaking.Collaboration:Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers offering advice and resolving concerns effectively.  Qualifications : Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.24 years of experience in HR operations or a related role preferably in a fastpaced tech or service industry.PLUS Strong knowledge of Workday HRIS systems Familiarity with labor laws and regulations relevant to .Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employeecentric solutions.Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.Passion for fostering an inclusive and dynamic workplace culture.Remote Work : NoEmployment Type : Fulltime Key Skills Financial Services,Information Technology,Cost Control,Corporate Risk Management,Law Experience: years Vacancy: 1
