Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Specialist in Payroll Administration, where you will play a vital role in supporting our payroll functions. Our mission is to create exceptional experiences, and you will be instrumental in ensuring that our employees are compensated accurately and on time.As a Payroll Administration Specialist, you will manage all payroll-related processes, including calculating wages, handling deductions, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and address payroll inquiries.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess payroll for all staff members accurately and punctually, adhering to company policiesCalculate employee wages, bonuses, deductions, and overtime in accordance with established guidelinesMaintain up-to-date payroll records, reflecting changes due to hiring, promotions, or terminationsCollaborate with HR and finance departments to verify time records and resolve pay discrepanciesGenerate and distribute payroll reports for management reviewAddress payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance regarding payroll policiesEnsure compliance with tax regulations, including the timely remittance of payroll taxesConduct audits of payroll data to verify accuracy and ensure adherence to internal controlsStay informed on changes in payroll legislation and adjust payroll systems accordinglyRequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related fieldMinimum of 2-4 years of experience in payroll administration or related fieldsIn-depth understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance standardsProficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly ExcelMeticulous attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll informationExcellent organizational and time management skills to ensure deadlines are metStrong written and verbal communication skills for effectively addressing employee inquiriesAbility to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrityProactive problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvementCollaborative team player committed to enhancing the employee experienceBenefitsComprehensive benefits package#J-18808-Ljbffr
