The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in diagnosing diseases through laboratory analysis and tissue examination contributing directly to patient care and treatment planning.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform gross and microscopic examination of surgical specimens, biopsies and cytological samplesAnalyze blood, urine and tissue samples to identify abnormalities and guide clinical decisionsConduct autopsies when required and prepare detailed pathology reportsCollaborate with physicians and specialists to correlate clinical findings with pathological dataEnsure compliance with DHA/MOH standards and maintain laboratory safety protocolsParticipate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiativesStay updated with advancements in pathology and integrate best practices into daily workQualifications & RequirementsMBBS with MD or equivalent in Pathology (Clinical & Anatomical)Valid DHA License or MOH License/EvaluationMinimum 3‑5 years of post‑specialization experience in a hospital or diagnostic centerStrong diagnostic acumen and attention to detailExcellent communication and reporting skillsIndian nationality preferred; open to Male / Female candidatesCompensation & BenefitsSalary: AED per monthOther Benefits: As per UAE labor law (including medical insurance, annual leave, air ticket allowance etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
