We are currently seeking a Specialist Nephrologist to serve in the Government Sector, contributing to public health and patient care on a larger scale.As a Specialist Nephrologist in the Government Sector through SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for delivering expert nephrology care to patients within public healthcare facilities. Your role will involve diagnosing and managing kidney-related diseases while supporting healthcare initiatives aimed at improving community health outcomes.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history review and nephrological examinationsOrder and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood tests, urinalysis, imaging studies, and kidney biopsiesDiagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases, including CKD, glomerulonephritis, and dialysis managementDevelop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to patients’ needs within the government healthcare frameworkCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams and public health officials to ensure quality patient care and effective resource utilizationParticipate in government health programs and initiatives related to nephrology and kidney disease preventionStay updated on public health policies and advances in nephrology relevant to the government sectorMedical degree with specialization in Nephrology and valid license to practice in the government sectorExperience working in government or public healthcare settings preferredStrong knowledge of nephrology diagnoses, treatments, and management within public sector protocolsProficient in interpreting diagnostic tests relevant to kidney healthExcellent communication skills to liaise with patients, colleagues, and government health officialsAbility to work effectively within multidisciplinary and resource-constrained environmentsCommitment to public health and community-oriented patient careEngagement in continuous professional development and knowledge of government healthcare policiesGood salary packages plus other standard benefitslike accommodation, annual air tickets, family benefits, medical insurance, etc#J-18808-Ljbffr
