The role supports, executes, and develops investor relations strategies to enhance trust and transparency while building long‑term relationships. This is achieved through managing fundraising activities, expanding the investor base, and preparing periodic reports and investment indicators that reflect fund performance and support informed investment decision‑making—thereby reinforcing Oud Financial Company’s position as a trusted and transparent investment institution.</p><h3>Qualifications&Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Public Relations, or any related field.</li><li>Minimum of two (2) years of experience in investment and asset management, including at least one (1) year within a reputable financial or investment institution for a position in Investor Relations.</li><li>Fulfillment of registration requirements, meeting competency and integrity standards set by the Capital Market Authority, a clean record free of material violations, and possession of the necessary professional certifications, such as CME Level 1&Level 3.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of financial investment, business administration, and management of investor or client relations.</li><li>Mastery of technical skills, with the ability to innovate, guide others, and apply best organizational practices.</li><li>Deep understanding of relevant market practices, laws, and regulations, with the ability to draft policies and ensure compliance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of investment, business administration, and financial and real estate asset management.</li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, presentation preparation, and problem‑solving abilities.</li><li>Demonstrated proficiency in core behavioral and leadership competencies appropriate to the level of responsibility assigned to the role.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team‑oriented environment.</li><li>Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).</li><li>Full mastery of Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
