The role delivers financial modeling, valuation, market research, and due diligence, while preparing investment materials and collaborating with stakeholders to drive informed decisions across Majid Al Futtaim.ROLE PROFILESupport evaluation and execution of strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A transactionsBuild financial models and conduct valuation analysis for potential dealsPerform forecasting, cash flow analysis, scenario modelling, and risk assessmentPrepare investment materials, presentations, and valuation summariesAssist in transaction execution, data room coordination, and documentation trackingParticipate in financial, commercial, and operational due diligenceConduct market research, sector analysis, and competitive benchmarkingEnsure alignment with Majid Al Futtaim governance, approval processes, and sustainability standardsREQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field3–5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or corporate strategy/M&AStrong skills in financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysisExperience or exposure to M&A transactions and due diligence processesSolid understanding of financial statements and analytical thinkingProfessional certifications (CFA, ACA, or equivalent) are an advantageWHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
