Job SummaryA well-established private medical center in Doha is seeking aQCHP-licensed Internal Medicine Specialistto join its multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate must becurrently based in Qatar , hold anactive QCHP Specialist license , and be available forimmediate onboarding , as the license will be used to proceed with the clinic’s official licensing requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality outpatient internal medicine consultationsDiagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsDevelop and implement patient-centered treatment plansCoordinate referrals to subspecialists when requiredMaintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with MOPH regulationsAdhere to clinical governance, patient safety, and infection control standardsParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical auditsCollaborate effectively with nursing and allied healthcare teamsMandatory RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical degreefrom a recognized institutionSpecialist certification in Internal MedicineActive QCHP Specialist License (mandatory)Currently residing in Qatar(no overseas candidates)Ready to join immediatelyMinimum3–5 years post-specialization experienceStrong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Licensing & Classification Clarification (Important)The candidatemust be classified as a Specialist , not ConsultantNo additional privileges or consultant status are requiredAnactive QCHP Specialist license is sufficientto:Practice independently within the clinic scopeBe used for the clinic’s official licensing and regulatory requirementsPreferred SkillsExperience in private outpatient settingsPatient-focused approach with strong clinical judgmentAbility to manage a diverse adult patient population
