Principal AccountabilitiesPolicies, Processes & ProceduresAdhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment.Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well‑being of all employees and company assets.End-User Support and IT Service OperationsLead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced BI dashboards and analytics solutions using tools like Power BI and Tableau, transforming complex enterprise data (Oracle Fusion, Primavera, Aconex, Unifier, etc.) into actionable, user-friendly insights.Collaborate with business and IT teams to integrate, model, and optimize data from Microsoft Fabric Data Lake and EDWH, ensuring scalable, high-performance reporting through strong data warehousing and semantic modeling practices.Apply UI/UX best practices and reporting standards to create intuitive, consistent dashboards, while ensuring data quality, governance, validation, and proper documentation.Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, support performance tuning and issue resolution, manage multiple BI initiatives, and deliver high-quality analytics solutions aligned with business goals.Miscellaneous DutiesPerform additional duties as needed to support the team and overall business objectives.Required Academic QualificationBachelor’s DegreeCategoryInformation Technology, Computer Science or related fieldOther RequirementsExperience working in large enterprise environments with complex ERP ecosystems and cross‑functional stakeholders.Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques for BI reports and datasets, especially in cloud-based platforms like Microsoft Fabric.Ability to define BI standards, implement best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting frameworks and analytics capabilities.Years of Experience3‑4 Years of experience in related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
