Requirements: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas sector with a strong focus on offshore operations. Extensive experience in technical safety risk management and loss prevention in the offshore context. In-depth understanding of offshore safety regulations and industry best practices. Proven track record of leading and managing HSE activities for large-scale offshore projects. Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
