Job Description

StrategyConduct benchmarking studies on recruitment activities, integrate best practices to enhance efficiency and alignment with strategic goals, and translate findings into analytical reports and improvement recommendations.OperationsPrepare, review and update promotion and recruitment data, ensuring accuracy to support recruitment and workforce planning decisions.Support the organisation in creating effective recruitment strategies in terms of candidate attraction, recruitment and selection.Analyze turnover rates across job categories, document findings, and provide corrective actions to reduce attrition and strengthen retention.Implement internal and external recruitment plans according to policies and procedures.Support sectional teams in creating awareness among employees about the policies and regulations of human resources work and ensuring compliance and proper application of the HR policies and procedures.Product / Process ImprovementSupport the development of dashboards and reporting tools that measure KPIs and operational metrics in line with Authority policies.Train section employees on new analytical systems and methods, supporting adoption of advanced tools and continuous knowledge transfer.Bachelor's/ Master’s degree in HR3+ Years pf experience in case of Master’s degree (5+ years in case of Bachelor’s degree) in relevant areaProficiency in core data analysis and reportingSkilled in employee performance management and evaluationStrong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and organizational policiesAbility to conduct market research and benchmarking for HR practicesCompetence in policy analysis, formulation, and implementationExperience in succession planning and career path developmentExpertise in talent acquisition planning and execution processesAbility to design professional presentations and executive reportsKnowledge of employment contract and offer management proceduresSkilled in exit interview analysis and developing retention measuresExperience in onboarding program design and employee experience managementStrong talent strategy formulation and workforce planning capabilitiesAbility to assess and develop talent pools for organizational growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
