Job DescriptionAs a Specialist in Financial Policies & Process, you will be a key contributor to our Finance team. Your primary focus will be on implementing and maintaining robust financial policies and processes, thereby ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our financial reporting. Your expertise will be instrumental in upholding the financial standards and regulatory requirements of the e& Group.ResponsibilitiesAssist in establishing and maintaining Internal Control Over Financial Reporting (ICFR) for e& Group, ensuring adherence to all regulatory standards.Manage Group Accounting, including timely and accurate periodic closing of books and delivery of financial reports.Support senior directors in overseeing payable and receivable activities, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve financial processes, implementing best practices.Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and documentation, adhering to established policies and procedures.Conduct thorough analysis of financial data, identifying trends and ensuring accuracy and consistency.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, implementing necessary updates to financial practices.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable environment.Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders, aligning financial policies with business goals.Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the overall financial health of the e& Group.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting or accounting, with a strong understanding of financial policies.Proven experience in managing financial reporting functions, including consolidation and accounting practices.Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
