The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling secure reliable and scalable data exchange between control systems and enterprise platforms supporting ADNOCs digital transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesFamiliar with secure OT/IT interfaces for control systems (DCS SCADA PLCs).Ensure seamless data flow from field devices to enterprise systems (e.g. PI System ERP cloud).Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce network segmentation and compliance with standards (e.g. IEC 62443 NIST).Support deployment of digital platforms including historians OPC servers MQTT brokers and edge devices.Troubleshoot and resolve OT/IT communication issues.Coordinate with I&C IT cybersecurity and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.Manage vendors and system integrators during project execution.QualificationsBachelors degree in Electrical Electronics Instrumentation Automation or Computer Engineering.Minimum 15 years of experience in OT/IT integration preferably in oil & gas or industrial automation.Strong understanding of industrial protocols (Modbus OPC UA/DA MQTT PROFINET).Experience with control systems (e.g. Honeywell Emerson Siemens ABB).Familiarity with IT networking concepts (TCP/IP VLANs firewalls VPNs).Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and standards.Preferred CertificationsISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity CertificateCisco CCNA/CCNP (Industrial or Security)Microsoft Azure IoT or AWS IoT certificationsPMP or equivalent project management certification (optional)Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and collaboration across departmentsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentInterested and suitable candidates who are matching the above criteria please apply for the role.
