The role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Candidates should be technically proficient in HVAC systems and capable of performing diagnostics, servicing, and on‑site repairs with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, maintain, and repair split AC, window AC, and central air conditioning systemsDiagnose electrical and mechanical faults in AC unitsPerform gas charging, leak detection, and compressor replacementClean and service filters, coils, ducts, and condensersTroubleshoot thermostat and control system issuesEnsure proper functioning of chillers, AHUs, and FCUs (if applicable)Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagramsFollow safety procedures and company standardsRespond to emergency breakdown callsMaintain service records and report maintenance activitiesRequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of proven experience as an AC Technician (Gulf experience preferred)Strong understanding of HVAC systems and refrigeration cyclesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsSkilled in the use of hand and electrical tools related to HVAC workBasic knowledge of electrical systems and safety standardsPhysically fit and able to work in high‑temperature and outdoor conditionsBasic communication skills (English, Hindi, or Urdu preferred)Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and on‑call shifts if neededPreferred AttributesReliable, punctual, and honestStrong attention to detail and safety‑first mindsetAbility to diagnose problems quickly and propose effective solutionsGood teamwork and communication skillsSelf‑motivated and able to work independentlyWorking Conditions6‑day work weekWork may include standing, climbing, lifting, and exposure to outdoor conditionsPPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and tools providedOvertime opportunities may be available based on operational needsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: Salary 2000+ accommodation + visa + medical (based on qualifications and experience)Accommodation: Provided by the companyVisa & Medical Insurance: Provided as per UAE labor law#J-18808-Ljbffr
