Specialist/ Consultant Spine Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Specialist/Consultant Spine Surgeon to join our dynamic medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering expert diagnosis, surgical treatment, and ongoing care to patients with complex spinal conditions, ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery.Responsibilities:Assess and diagnose patients presenting with spinal disorders using clinical evaluation and diagnostic tools.Develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.Perform a broad range of spine surgeries, emphasizing minimally invasive procedures when appropriate.Manage perioperative care, including preoperative assessments and postoperative follow‑up to optimize patient recovery.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, radiologists, and pain specialists to ensure holistic patient care.Provide education and support to patients and their families about treatment options and postoperative care.Stay current with advancements in spine surgery techniques and research through continuous professional development.Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.Qualifications:Medical degree from a recognized institution.Completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery preferred.Minimum of 5 years clinical experience in spine surgery.Proficiency with various spine surgical techniques, especially minimally invasive methods.Excellent clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions.Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.Commitment to ongoing education and staying abreast of medical advancements.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.Benefits:Private Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
