In this role, you will focus on providing excellent dental care specifically tailored to the needs of children, ensuring their health and well-being.As a Specialist/Consultant Pediatric Dentist, you will be engaged in diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of dental issues encountered in infants, children, and adolescents. You will play a critical role in educating patients and their families about oral health, establishing healthy habits, and contributing to a positive dental experience.Core Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive dental evaluations for pediatric patients and identify treatment needsDevelop individualized treatment plans that cater to children's unique dental needsPerform restorative and preventive procedures, including fillings, cleanings, and sealantsImplement behavior management techniques to create a supportive environment for young patientsEducate children and caregivers on proper dental hygiene and nutritional practicesMonitor and manage dental development in growing childrenCollaborate with other dental professionals and healthcare providers for interdisciplinary patient careRemain current with advancements in pediatric dentistry through continuing education and trainingDoctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degreeCompletion of an accredited residency program in Pediatric DentistryBoard certification in Pediatric DentistryActive and valid dental license in the state of practiceDemonstrated experience in pediatric dental care with a comprehensive understanding of child psychologyExceptional communication skills to effectively interact with children and their familiesEmpathy and patience to ensure a positive dental experience for young patientsStrong attention to detail in diagnosis and treatmentCollaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentCommitment to ongoing professional growth and adherence to ethical dental practicesSalary + Additional Benefits#J-18808-Ljbffr
