The role is based within a busy outpatient (OPD) aesthetic clinic environment in Discovery Gardens, Dubai.Role OverviewThis is an outpatient‑based aesthetic dermatology role based at our HealthHub Clinic in Discovery Gardens, Dubai.The position is well suited to a Specialist Dermatologist with a strong aesthetic and cosmetic focus, who is confident delivering injectables, energy‑based treatments, and procedural dermatology within a high‑volume community clinic setting.Experience in building and maintaining an aesthetic patient base and managing repeat cosmetic treatments is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide specialist‑level aesthetic dermatology services in line with best‑practice clinical guidelines and Al‑Futtaim Health Medical Staff BylawsDeliver cosmetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standardsPerform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures including, but not limited to:Botulinum toxin injectionsDermal fillersSkin rejuvenation treatmentsNon‑invasive aesthetic proceduresAssess skin conditions and advise on appropriate cosmetic and dermatological treatment optionsPerform outpatient dermatology procedures where applicableCounsel patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and risksConduct follow‑up consultations and manage long‑term aesthetic treatment plansMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical recordsWork collaboratively with clinic teams to ensure high standards of patient experience and safetyParticipate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development activitiesEngage in continuing medical education and remain current with advances in aesthetic dermatologyCandidate ProfileDHA‑licensed or DHA‑eligible Specialist DermatologistStrong aesthetic dermatology background is essentialProven experience performing cosmetic and aesthetic procedures independentlyComfortable working in a high‑volume OPD aesthetic clinic environmentPatient‑focused with a strong understanding of aesthetic outcomes and safetyExcellent communication and consultation skillsCommercially aware and confident in building a loyal aesthetic patient baseTeam‑oriented, professional, and adaptableFamiliarity with JVC or similar community catchment areas is an advantageArabic language skills are an advantageQualifications and ExperienceMBBS / MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institutionCompletion of a recognised specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE)Minimum 5 years post‑qualification experience at specialist levelValid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certificationFluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantageAesthetic certifications and advanced injectables training are highly desirableWhat We Offer5‑day working weekCompetitive salary with attractive aesthetic incentive structureFlexible engagement models (Full‑Time or CBD)Health insurance, life assurance, and generous leaveStrong clinic footfall and established community presenceMultidisciplinary clinical supportClinic location: Discovery Gardens, Dubai.About Al-Futtaim HealthcareWe Hear Your Ambition.
