Job DescriptionAbout Wynn Al Marjan Island: On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.About The PositionWynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Special Events Planner to join the resort’s Gaming Special Events team.ResponsibilitiesThe primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:Design and execute slot and table game promotions (drawings, multipliers, tournaments, lucky draws, themed offers)Coordinate promotional calendars aligned with casino revenue targets and CRM campaignsEnsure promotions comply with gaming regulations and internal controlsDevelop promotional rules, mechanics, and guest communicationsPlan Gaming events such as EGM tournaments, Table games competitions, VIP appreciation events and Holiday & themed gaming eventsManage event logistics such as venues, schedules, staffing, signage, equipment, and guest flowCoordinate with operations, security, surveillance, IT, and F&B for smooth executionWork closely with Table Games & EGM Operations & Loyalty team, Player Development/VIP Hosts, Compliance & Regulatory, Marketing CommunicationsAlign promotions with loyalty tiers and player segmentationSource and coordinate with vendors for gifts, equipment, entertainment, and event servicesFollow gaming regulations and internal audit requirementsAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)2 - 5 years experience in Gaming promotions, Events planning or Gaming marketing or hospitalityStrong understanding of Table games and slot operations and Player behavior and gaming metricsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsStrong communication and coordination abilitiesAnalytical mindset for ROI trackingCreative event planning skillsKnowledge of gaming compliance standardsAbility to work flexible hours (nights/weekends/holidays)About Wynn Al Marjan Island’s BenefitsWe offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
