About the RoleThe SEN Teacher will support students with special educational needs by providing individualized instruction and interventions. The role focuses on ensuring that all students have equal access to learning and are supported academically, socially, and emotionally within an inclusive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for studentsProvide targeted support and differentiated instructionMonitor student progress and maintain accurate recordsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and support staffAdapt teaching materials to meet diverse learning needsSupport students’ social and emotional developmentEnsure compliance with school policies and inclusion practicesRequirmentsBachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related fieldRelevant experience working with students with SENStrong understanding of inclusive education practicesExcellent communication and collaboration skills
