Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to join our luxurious spa facility at SO Uptown Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our management team you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and overseeing daily operations.ResponsibilitiesOverseeing daily operations and maintaining high standards of serviceManage and motivate a team of spa therapists and support staffDevelop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenueMonitor and maintain inventory of spa products and suppliesCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiencyAssist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategiesEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry best practicesHandle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally and efficientlyAssist in financial management including budgeting and reportingStay updated on industry trends and incorporate new wellness practices into spa offeringsCollaborate with other departments to create integrated guest experiencesQualificationsBachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field3-5 years of experience in spa or wellness managementProven track record in customer service and team leadershipStrong knowledge of spa treatments, therapies and wellness trendsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in scheduling and inventory management systemsExperience with budgeting and financial reportingFamiliarity with health and safety regulations in the spa industryAbility to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsFlexibility to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts as neededSpa management certification preferredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plusRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
