The ideal candidate will be well-versed in a variety of massage and spa treatments, uphold the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism, and contribute to a tranquil, luxury spa environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness therapies as per spa menu and brand standardsConduct professional guest consultations to understand needs, preferences, and any health considerationsEnsure all treatments are delivered with consistency, care, and attention to guest comfortMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and spa areas at all timesRecommend suitable treatments, products, and spa packages to enhance guest experience and drive revenueFollow all spa SOPs, health & safety standards, and local regulatory requirementsManage treatment schedules efficiently and be punctual for all appointmentsHandle guest feedback professionally and escalate concerns to the Spa Supervisor/Manager when requiredAssist with inventory control and report product or equipment needsCreate a calm, welcoming, and professional spa atmosphere at all timesCandidate RequirementsCertified Spa Therapist with recognized training in massage and wellness therapiesMinimum 1–3 years of experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury spa environmentStrong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and spa protocolsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysFluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)Experience in UAE or GCC hospitality environment is preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and service charge (as applicable)Opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality environmentProfessional growth and training opportunitiesSupportive and multicultural team culture#J-18808-Ljbffr
