The Spa & Wellness Specialist also complies with Four Seasons core and culture standards. This position ensures all guests experience pure peace and relaxation. The position will be well‑versed on current treatment offerings and spa products, assist guests with reservations and provide insightful advice on treatment options and packages to suit the guest’s wellness needs.Greet guests with a warm smile and professionalism, escort them to the changing room and to the treatment room.Ensure any treatment and shower room is set up and fully stocked complying with all company standards of service, hygiene and cleanliness.Perform all facial and body treatments according to standards, being knowledgeable about all Spa products and services offered.Be familiar with all Hotel services and facilities.Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.Report any complaints to the management team.Upsell Spa products considering guests’ needs and department sales targets.Maximize department revenue achieving sales targets set by the management team.Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork attitude, an outgoing personality and a can‑do approach to any request.We are looking for individuals that strive for excellence and are highly motivated team players.
