Spa Therapist - Female

A Spa Therapist at SEVEN is a dedicated professional who provides a range of therapeutic treatments and wellness services to promote relaxation rejuvenation and overall well-being. This role involves delivering exceptional personalised experiences that align with SEVENs commitment to redefining wellness. Working within our luxurious wellness environment the Spa Therapist plays a key role in ensuring each guest feels restored and cared for embodying SEVENs philosophy of holistic health and elevated service.Key Responsibilities and Expectations: Wellness Treatments:Perform a range of specialised spa treatments including deep tissue massage signature massage dry cupping therapy Madero therapy and lymphatic drainage.Tailor treatments to each guests needs while adhering to industry best practices such as identifying contraindications and ensuring safe and effective delivery of therapies.Customise treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.Guest Interaction:Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand health concerns or contraindications.Provide aftercare advice including product recommendations and wellness tips.Operational Excellence:Prepare and maintain treatment rooms ensuring a clean relaxing and hygienic environment.Manage appointment schedules effectively ensuring punctuality.Handle spa products tools and equipment with care adhering to safety standards.Retail and Product Knowledge:Stay informed about spa product lines and services to confidently recommend items to guests.Support retail sales by educating clients about products that complement their treatments.Team Collaboration:Work closely with other spa professionals CRO spa supervisor / managers and therapists to ensure seamless operations.Participate in team meetings training sessions and workshops.RequirementsDiploma or certification in massage therapy aesthetics or a related field.
