This role requires a polished, stable, and professional therapist who embodies discretion, poise, and consistent excellence in all aspects of service.QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATIONSDiploma or license in Spa Therapy, Aesthetics, or Physiotherapy (required)Certification in massage techniques such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue, Thai, and Hot Stone (preferred)Additional knowledge in facials, body scrubs, or relaxation treatments highly regardedUp-to-date hygiene and safety standards knowledgeFluent EnglishFluent TagalogMust be available for a trial at short notice.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS5-8 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hotels, resorts, or private householdsProven stability in employment — consistent tenure in previous roles requiredSuperior technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in multiple massage modalitiesExcellent grooming standards with a calm, polished, and approachable personalityStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented mindsetExcellent time management and attention to detailPositive attitude, patience, and a professional, well-presented appearanceCulturally sensitive, discreet, and adaptable to royal household standardsROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESDeliver luxury massage and spa treatments with exceptional technique and professionalismEnsure the highest levels of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene within all spa areasMaintain treatment records, product usage, and inventory accuratelyPrepare treatment rooms, equipment, and amenities before and after each sessionUphold palace standards of service, confidentiality, and protocolSupport the Spa Manager or Supervisor in daily operations and special wellness requestsProvide a calm, attentive, and personalised experience to every guestSALARYUSD $1,800 - $2,000 gross per month (depending on experience and trial performance)BENEFITSAnnual one-month salary bonus (Christmas bonus)Private single room within shared apartment accommodationFull meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner providedMedical insuranceWork mobile phone providedUniform suppliedAnnual leave as per Jordanian labour lawTrial period as part of the selection process#J-18808-Ljbffr
