Your expertise, attention to detail, and genuine passion for holistic wellness will be essential to creating transformative experiences that leave our clients feeling rejuvenated and cared for.Provide a comprehensive range of high‑quality spa treatments, including massage therapy, facials, body therapies, and customized wellness rituals tailored to each guest’s individual needs and preferencesConduct thorough client consultations to understand health history, concerns, and desired outcomes, ensuring treatments are personalized and safeMaintain exceptional standards of professionalism, hygiene, and presentation at all times, adhering to spa protocols and industry best practicesCreate a welcoming, inclusive, and calming atmosphere that promotes relaxation and trust with every client interactionCommunicate effectively with guests about treatment options, benefits, and aftercare recommendations in a clear and empathetic mannerCollaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and share knowledge about wellness modalities and client preferencesManage time efficiently to deliver treatments on schedule while maintaining the quality and attention to detail each guest deservesStay organized with client records, treatment notes, and inventory management while maintaining strict confidentialityContinuously develop your skill set through professional development and staying current with emerging wellness trends and techniquesContribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and fostering a culture of excellence and mutual respectQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a luxury spa environmentValid spa therapy certification or license (or equivalent qualification recognized in Qatar)Demonstrated expertise in massage and bodywork therapiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a 5‑star service mindsetStrong physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments effectivelyComprehensive knowledge of spa hygiene standards, safety protocols, and client confidentiality requirementsProven ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferencesProfessional presentation and demeanor that reflects luxury hospitality standardsPreferred Qualifications:Certifications in natural therapy modalities or complementary wellness practicesTraining or facilitation experience in yoga, meditation, or breathworkCertified expertise in advanced facial treatments and beauty therapiesMultilingual capabilities, particularly Arabic and English (highly valued in Doha)Experience working with diverse, international clienteleKnowledge of Ayurvedic, Thai, or other specialized massage techniquesFamiliarity with spa management systems and booking softwareProfessional development certifications in wellness coaching or holistic health practicesAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Life is a journey.
