Sourcing Process and Spend Analytics LeadThe ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and possess excellent reporting and analytical capabilities to track performance, manipulate data, and publish insights through dashboards for KPI monitoring and analytics. The role also requires expert-level proficiency in Excel, along with hands‑on experience in SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and Power BI.PurposeTo lead the development and implementation of sourcing governance frameworks and data‑driven spend analytics strategies that enhance procurement compliance, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in strengthening strategic sourcing performance and ensuring transparency and accountability across global procurement activities, particularly in support of large‑scale industrial, mining, or infrastructure projects.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement standardized sourcing workflows, policies, and compliance frameworks.Lead spend data consolidation and analysis to identify cost‑saving opportunities and ensure full spend transparency.Develop and maintain sourcing dashboards using SAP Ariba and Power BI to provide operational and executive visibility.Conduct regular sourcing and compliance audits to evaluate supplier performance and contract adherence.Ensure sourcing activities align with project timelines, corporate objectives, and legal or regulatory requirements.Develop supplier segmentation and rationalization strategies based on category spend, performance, and risk profiles.Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure integration of sourcing systems and contract governance frameworks.Drive digital transformation of sourcing processes through ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA and Ariba.Provide guidance, training, and mentoring to sourcing teams on process compliance and analytics‑driven decision making.Support strategic sourcing initiatives including category reviews, market benchmarking, and continuous improvement programs.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are preferred.8–11 years of experience in sourcing process management and spend analytics, ideally within mining, oil & gas, engineering, or infrastructure sectors.Strong experience with procurement platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba), data analytics tools (Power BI), and sourcing governance frameworks.Proven ability to lead cross‑functional sourcing improvement initiatives and drive procurement transformation.Skills and CapabilitiesDeep expertise in sourcing compliance, governance, and strategic procurement processes.Strong analytical capabilities with advanced reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, Ariba Spend Analysis, and data visualization platforms.Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate procurement data into actionable insights.Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced project environments with a solution‑oriented mindset.Reporting RelationshipsDirect ReportsSourcing Compliance AnalystsSpend Data AnalystsProcess Improvement OfficersKey RelationshipsInternalProcurement and Contracting TeamsLegal and Finance DepartmentsIT and Data Governance TeamsProject Leadership and Senior Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
