We are looking for a skilled Sonographer to perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations, contributing to accurate diagnosis and high-quality patient care.Role SummaryAs a Sonographer, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic ultrasound examinations across various specialties including general, abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular and small parts imaging. You\'ll work closely with Radiologists and other clinicians to ensure timely and accurate reporting while delivering an exceptional patient experience.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality ultrasound scans in accordance with clinical protocols and safety standards.Assess image quality and provide preliminary observations to support diagnostic decisionsPrepare patients for procedures, explaining the process clearly and compassionatelyMaintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation of findingsEnsure equipment is used safely, maintained properly, and faults are reported promptlyCollaborate with the wider radiology team and participate in service improvement initiativesRequirementsDegree or MSc in Diagnostic Medical UltrasoundDHA, DOH or MOH licenseMinimum 3 years\' post qualification experience in a hospital or clinic settingProficiency in a range of ultrasound specialties (multi modality preferred)Excellent communication skills and a strong patient-focused approachFamiliarity with PACS/RIS systems and digital imaging workflows#J-18808-Ljbffr
