OverviewSommelier job in Dubai UAE for unskilled workerA luxury 5-star hotel in Dubai is looking for an experienced Sommelier to join their team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to the hotel's restaurant and bar guests. The Sommelier will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and other beverages. In addition, they will be tasked with making wine and beverage recommendations to guests and handling the inventory of wines and other beverages.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent customer service to restaurant and bar guests.Have thorough knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, and other beverages.Make wine and beverage recommendations to guests.Handle the inventory of wines and other beverages.QualificationsBachelor's degree in hospitality management or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience as a sommelier or wine steward in a 5-star hotel settingWorking knowledge of international wines, beer, spirits, and mixologyExcellent customer service skills with the ability to recommend the ideal beverage selection for guestsAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamPrevious experience handling inventory is preferredSalarySalary: 1000 AED per month.
